25.7.02 woke up with a rather bad hangover yesterday morning. was taking in mug after mug o' tiger the nite before, all thanks to the guilt(?) of ruining my sis' camera while trying to go pick a soccer ball. long story, that. at least i didn't expose my entire roll of film like some duffer in my class! HA!yet another episode of dental wars - i've finally had actual braces attached to my top row of teeth. was staring straight at the ceiling for the entire 1.5 hours with all that exhausted tiger circulating in & out of what most people consider 'the brain'. was rather slow in that department; needed to be told thrice in several occasions to "stop biting the tube". biting it was so... comforting. well, here it is then, a bunch of stainless steel thingies in my digestive tract, with the arduous task of arranging little children into single file. a simple task that'll span 3 years. 
(not the best of orthodontal advertising, i'm sure you'll agree) oh yeah, did i mention that i'm only done with the top row? guess i did... another 1 1/2 hours of the dental chair wouldn't be much of a problem now.. with the aid of good ole hangover :) watched godfudder part deux with rich yesterday after school. guess what? the school don't really like students bringing in their own media to watch in their premises. and there was this nice, wise old lady to remind you that. took the dvd, our student passes and made a photocopy of everything 'for future reference'. she told us to take a look at the LCD screen with a 1,638 slide powerpoint presentation going on, and look out for the one slide which said "people bringing in their own dvd's/tapes into the av zone would have to contend looking at an ugly old hag". 1,638 is an exaggeration, but alas, we didn't get to see that very informative slide. which ponce looks at them anyway? got back my dvd after signing the paper and decided to watch the fabled tape version which can be found in the wonderful lifestyle library. tape 1 was alrite. we were mesmerised by the continuation of the Corleone dynasty. then came the switch to tape 2 - the entire thing was filled with static, the sound made everyone sound like chipmunks after sex, and that faithful video player below blinked 'BEST' every 2 seconds as if the school ruled that the entire tape is censored. those people over at QAE should be over at the library for their year 3 attachments. planning to make meself an ultra-soft lunch followed by a lengthy sleep. that's if the prospect of lau sai isn't too near... an update of pics recently taken on me clie:
